Mungkin tak ada yang menyangka Iko Uwais dulunya adalah seorang pesepak bola. Pemain film The Raid itu tercatat pernah membela klub divisi dua Indonesia, Persijatim Solo FC.

Bukan hanya itu, Iko Uwais juga pernah ikut Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Bina Taruna sejak usia 13 tahun.
