Liputan6.com, Jakarta - The tumult between the Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Indonesian Police (Polri) continues as the no-longer active Chairman of KPK, Abraham Samad being named as the suspect for forgery-case. He was suspected for allegedly faking out a document belonging to his 'friend', Feriyani Lim.
The investigation is currently underway and inevitably calls for the presence of other witnesses. One witness is the high- end celebrity Syahrini. She has been summoned by the Indonesian Police Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) to attend an investigative session at the Indonesian Police headquarter.

As observed by the correspondent of Liputan6.com, Syahrini and his lawyer, Hotman Paris Nasution arrived at the Bareskrim building at around 11.20 am local time. They came out of the luxurious vehicle, a jet black Bentley with the registration number of B 666 ANE.
Syahrini did not give any comment and immediately went inside the building alongside his lawyer.
"Excuse me, coming through," Syahrini said as she marched into the building without hesitation and a slight smile to the press in Bareskrim Polri building, Monday (02/03/2015).
Similar to Syahrini, his lawyer, Hotman Paris also refused to give any comment that may exacerbate the situation so he just yielded a short response claiming that he just wants to do his job defending his client who has been named as a witness to the case when asked by the media as he walked into the building.
"Later, I will let you guys know later. We have to get inside for the investigation to be done," Hotman said.
The Commissioner of Bareskrim, Budi Waseso explained the reason why Syahrini was being summoned. He said that the celebrity has been accused of befriended with Feriyani Lim, the woman whose documents have been forged by the non-active KPK Chairman, Abraham Samad.
"Syahrini is a friend to Feriyani. Meanwhile, Abraham Samad claims that he is unfamiliar with Feriyani. And we have a fact showing that Syahrini has previously requested aid from Abraham Samad through Feriyani," Budi said on Friday, February 27th.
Abraham Samad has been named as a suspect by the Police of South and West Sulawesi on the 9th of February 2015 for allegedly forging documents belonging to Feriyani Lim. He is suspected for voluntarily helping Feriyani by making a fake identity card and family card so that she can make an Indonesian passport. The event took place back in 2007 at Makassar.
Similarly, the police of the South and West Sulawesi also names Feriyani as a suspect for similar case. (Akp/Tnt)
