Liputan6.com, Jakarta The Vice Deputy of Indonesian Police, Badrodin Haiti informs, the 16 Indonesians currently detained by Turkey authorities will be deported back to Indonesia soon.

As soon as they arrive in Indonesia, they will be investigated first as to the reason behind their departure in the first place before they are allowed to head home.

"We have been informed that the 16 Indonesians will be deported in the near future. Perhaps  tommorow or the day after tommorow. Out of the 16, 12 of them will be deported first.

The other 4 comes from one family and one member is currently pregnant so she cannot board the plane with her current condition. Her family will stay with her until it is safe for the four of them to trave back," Badrodin said at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, Monday (23/3/2015).

Badrodin await for the arrival back in Indonesia as he really wants to immediately investigate them through the immigration and other procedures they ought to go through.

"Hopefully they are all free from charges," Badrodin added.

Badrodin further explained how the method of the investigation will be the same as the one that they usually used on terrorists.

The investigation placed upon the 16 Indonesians is meant to unravel the facts behind their departure, the recruitment, the financing process and including the propaganda of the notoriously known radical contingent ISIS.
‎

"We have done such investigation for a long tie. I believe they were being recruited, and financed and fell for the propaganda of ISIS. We will have a look of how severe it is," Badrodin continued.  (Akp/Ein)
