Liputan6.com, Los Angeles Masih ingat dengan grup vokal wanita yang tenar di era 90-an dan awal 2000-an TLC? Dua personel yang tersisa dari TLC, T-Boz dan Chilli akan segera menggarap album terbaru sekaligus terakhir mereka. Namun, untuk melakukannya mereka meminta sumbangan kepada para penggemarnya.
"Tanpa kalian, kami tak mungkin punya 10 lagu top 10 dan empat lagu nomor satu. Kami tak mungkin punya lima Grammy dan menjual 65 juta keping album di seluruh dunia," ungkap TLC dalam sebuah peryataan seperti dilansir Digital Spy, baru-baru ini.

Membutuhkan dana sebanyak US$ 150.000 atau sekitar Rp 1,8 miliar, mereka meluncurkan kampanye penggalangan dana tersebut belum lama, dan berhasil mengumpulkan US$ 100.000 atau sekitar Rp 1,2 miliar dalam 48 jam pertama. Dan ternyata hal tersebut turut menarik perhatian Katy Perry. Ia pun lalu menyumbang sebesar US$ 5.000 atau sekitar Rp 62,5 juta untuk mendukung TLC sehingga target US$ 150.000 mereka tercapai.
